Starting with R275 drivers, NVIDIA Update also provides automatic updates for game and program profiles, including SLI profiles.
NVIDIA Update provides notifications for Ge Force and ION GPUs for both desktop and notebook PCs. When you install a Release 270 or later Ge Force/ION driver from you will be presented with the option to install NVIDIA Update.
NVIDIA Update does not collect any personally identifiable information.
The scan collects data necessary to recommend the correct driver update such as graphics hardware, operating system, language, and current driver version.
This on here I would suggst as saving as something other than the stock named bios, that way you will know which is the back up, and which is the one you are editing.

Once you have downloaded all of the files, you can extract them all using whatever extracting program you choose. If you nvflash DOES NOT look like this, its not going to work, and you downloaded the wrong version of nvflash. If everything so far has gone to plan, you are going to need to get your stock bios from your video card using gpu-z.
Which is a fairly simple process, but is the only part of this instruction where I will suggest to you that you put anything in a file other than the one you created for this thread.
Once you are there, you will have to find your file wherever you may have put your file, make sure to put the file type to .bin, as it will not show up as a .rom, because you have not made it yet into a rom file.
