As a member of the nursing staff on an assigned unit, you are provided with additional clinical support and mentoring relationships to help you develop your abilities and confidence as a professional nurse.
Special educational activities are scheduled throughout the year including professional development seminars, clinical observation experiences and clinically specific education programs.
